The cabs were CNC cut by Ian at Adlib audio in Liverpool, glued and screwed together.
After the cabs were filled and sanded they got sprayed with Warnex.
I'm happy with the outcome, I used a pressure pot spray system.
I think next time I'll lay it on a but thicker.
Each cab was lined with 25mm of darken, the drivers loaded, top hat fitted, feet screwed on, connector plate fitted and wrap round grill attached.
I also designed and built a passive crossover for them I have covered this in more detail on the build on speakerplans
